Refund Policy for MyPurrfectPet

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, contact us at care@mypurrfect.pet. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@mypurrfect.pet with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence

If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items returned without contacting us first


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
