Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • High order volumes may cause slight delays


Shipping Time

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability


Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

This is normal and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • High demand

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

These delays are outside of our control, but we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Additional fees may apply to reship the order


Lost or Stolen Packages

MyPurrfectPet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If you experience this issue, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
