We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@mypurrfect.pet. Please include:

A description of the issue
Photo evidence of the item

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the issue is verified.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:

Used items
Items damaged due to misuse
Items returned without prior contact
