Advice for Use

• Pet food bowls should be washed daily to prevent biofilm (a slimy layer of bacteria).
• Wet/Raw food bowls - clean immediately after every meal.
• Water bowls require cleaning at least once a day to prevent the buildup of bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria. Scrub and refill with fresh water daily.
• Wash with hot, soapy water, or run through the dishwasher on a high-heat cycle.
• If your pet is ill, if there are multiple pets, or during hot weather, bowls should be cleaned more frequently.
• Do not use the same cleaning sponge for pet dishes as human dishes.
• Ensure all bowls are air-dried completely to prevent bacteria from growing.
